Ryan Costa
Ryan comes to Team Comcast with a background rooted in youth hockey. After playing youth and junior hockey in the area Ryan attended Wyoming Seminary College Prep School where he was captain of the team in his junior and senior years. He has also competed in Hockey Night in Boston (2000), and the Chicago Showcase Tournament (2001). While at Neumann College, Ryan started his coaching with the Valley Forge Minutemen as a goalie coach and defense coach in 2003 and became head coach mid season in 2004. After graduating Neumann College in 2006 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Sport Management, Ryan began to coach with North Penn high school as a goalie coach for the varsity team and assistant coach of North Penn’s middle school program. In 2007, Ryan became head coach of Lansdale Catholic middle school program where his team won the BMMSHL championship. Ryan believes in development of the player and team through his core philosophies of character, discipline, and respect.
